As an Admin, I want to set my primary brand color for usage in buttons, but I don't necessarily want that to be the same color used for hyperlinks across my Forem.

An additional field in Config > User Experience & Brand that is used specifically for hyperlinks.
Additional context
This is impacting Forem Admins who are unable to use their desired colors because it won't be suitable for hyperlinks.
