As a Forem Admin, I don't want to see "DEV" on my /offline.html page.
Describe the solution you'd like
The offline page is pretty sweet (and hopefully isn't seen too often). I think it can stay pretty much the same, maybe just with a different and Forem-featured image.

Following up on this feature request to mention I will not be moving it over to GitHub discussions because it is already being worked on in another project :)
Offline is one big glob of HTML... It should be something that could be creatively generalized in a totally open way... Folks could have fun with it.
It could also just be generalized with the logo and kept consistent across the board. There are options.
Those drawings could be saved in browsers local storage so that users could continue drawing their offline drawings where they left.
