Following the announcement here about removing the offline page I think it'd be neat to designate the /offline page to an online version of the old offline page for nostalgia and doodling purposes.

We can actually do this without new code in the core using the
pagesfunctionality, so I whipped this up in about 5 seconds...dev.to/page/lets-doodle
Getting it to work in the context with the nav bar etc. will take a bit more work, but it should be doable.
