Enable anchor links to headings on dev.to
Summary
It would be great if I could link to a specific section in a blog post on dev.to by selecting an anchor on a heading.
Why is it needed?
Often times it's really useful to be able to link to a specific section of an article to share more contextual information with other people.

This is a very useful feature, it would be cool if the links were generated automatically depending on the titles.

There have been so many times I would have found this extremely useful. Like in the self-host guides I have here on forem.dev.
