I've had a little look at the code. Currently, we only ever set a theme if the user is logged in, the default theme is a lack of a theme as opposed to a theme unto itself.
Is this for your own Forem (i.e. you'd like a custom Forem colour scheme) or for unregistered users browsing an existing Forem (e.g. dev.to or flowstate.to)?
It's for my own Forem instance: hackerss.com want the default theme to be the nigh theme.
