Hey @lyhuutri - welcome to forem.dev!
Right now, Forem is in the process of being internationalized (in large part thanks to the huge efforts of @yheuhtozr 🙌).
The first language is French, if that's helpful for you, and others are expected in the future. I can't tell you when just yet, but if you'd like to subscribe to the issue in Github, that's likely to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
