When I come to the moderation tab I see a lot of posts, looks like there is a new post every 3~5 minutes, which is great but it's a little daunting. I think ideally I would want to be able to filter by tag to get a smaller list which I would feel comfortable having a look through.
Also it might be worth adding other filters like first time posters etc.

What's interesting is that if you are a tag mod, the tag for which you are a mod gets added to your sidebar so that you can filter for that tag.
So, I know these filters exist in some form! I can see us potentially extending at least some tags (or other stipulations) that would be helpful to have all mods review — like first time posters as you mentioned!

I encounter a lot of other tables in the Admin Portal that I wish were sortable. I've had a feature request for these brewing at the back of my mind for a while, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around a possible one-size-fits-all solution, which requires I somewhat nail down the key features I'd like to see across all of them!
Your contribution here supports the need for this in my head, so thank you for sharing!
