Wanted to ask if there is any option to install on a subfolder on a domain? For example http://www.example.com/forum ?

Once suspended, buzzsubash will not be able to comment or publish posts until their suspension is removed.
Once unsuspended, buzzsubash will be able to comment and publish posts again.
Once unpublished, all posts by buzzsubash will become hidden and only accessible to themselves.
If buzzsubash is not suspended, they can still re-publish their posts from their dashboard.
Once unpublished, this post will become invisible to the public and only accessible to Subash.
They can still re-publish the post if they are not suspended.

Unflagging buzzsubash will restore default visibility to their posts.

That seems like a routing question though, might be best to ping @akhil on this.
Have you considered using Cname for this instead? Eg. forum.example.com

No I have not tried that with a subdomain. Wanted to know if it is possible on a sub-folder.
