Bug: if username has already taken

After entering username, bio, and other details on dev.io onboarding, clicking the Continue button does not trigger any action. As a result, I am unable to proceed to the next page, and no information or error messages are displayed. I am unable to perform any actions, and there is no any message. In the console, an error message appears: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'message'). I suspect this issue is occurring because the username I entered has already been taken.
