Setup Single Sign-On on Forem

Hi, I have self-hosted my forem instance on aws. I am working on another web application X where users log in using email, google and microsoft oauth. I want to set up single sign-on such that the user has to only log into X and when the user visits the forem, it should be already signed in for the user. There are no resources for setting up such kind of sso for forem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
