Whoa, sorry I'm so late to respond! In this case I installed libpq with ibrew: since my Ruby installation is X86, I must have an X86 version of the Postgres library when it goes to build native extensions for the Postgres gem.
For elasticsearch I used the stock Forem installation instructions at docs.forem.com/installation/mac/ (I opted use Homebrew and had to install the X86 version as Java isn't ready for ARM yet)
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
