Hey @noeltim, this is a known issue with Forem that the Community Success team have raised in the past, but we always welcome feedback from Forem Creators as well!
I guess, for now. Either i live with this or redeploy a new forem with my own fork.
Any idea how to go about that? I am using self host. Tried look through the ansible codes but couldn't find
Yeah, I believe the self-host Ansible playbook only allows you to set up a supported (and versioned) copy of the main repo - although there's a paragraph in the README that says
For those that want to DIY beyond the scope of this repo, you can use the systemd units in the Butane template as an example of how to run Forem without Fedora CoreOS on a Linux distribution that supports systemd, or customize that template to fit your needs or create a bootable Ignition configuration to consume on bare metal or in a custom VM.

Would you be willing to write this as a GitHub Discussion proposal in the Forem repo, please?

Does that help at all?
Yeap, it does help to a certain extent. But it's probably too tricky to remodel the butane file. one wrong move, and kapoot. HAHA
