This PR is definitely going to be one more big enhancement on the experience...
This PR cleans up (a bit) our frontend code responsible for comments AND it introduces slightly updated UI as well.
Unfortunately it would be pretty hard to split it into several PRs because all "important" parts of code are related and dependent on each other.
Click around and break things.
There's always something related with cache...
