I am trying to activate billboards feature in my self hosted forem, but not seeing any option to activate this.
Any idea how it works?

Hey! What is "billboards"?
I've noticed that it's strange how updates are introduced in Forem. For example, back in September, they wrote that they removed the unicorn and introduced some custom reactions, but I still don't see them in my own selfhost.
in dev.to I am seeing this (screenshots) on individual blog post also in some cases. Not all blog post has this. Here is the description of billboards according to dev.to
