We do have our internal UI kit and shared styles in Figma so it's a bit easier to design things manually because in many cases we basically just use lego blocks to design some things :) It's not really "aware" of our code in Crayons CSS but we try to keep both things pretty much sync'd up if possible.
But very often we also end up design things from scratch.
