Slight issue with comments and the editor allowing <button> elements to be entered

I think something has gone wrong as if you don't close a <button> element it will self close it so

We can have buttons in comments and posts

And it appears to be at the line level as we can have more than one

edit nope you can just add buttons, wherever you want, you can close them.
