Im digging this new onboarding process! I like that the initial configuration is very simple. It's feels welcoming and gives the impression that you can actually get going in just a few easy steps.
Upload a PNG or JPEG with a maximum size of 4096x4096px.
When I first saw the line above in admin > settings > images I admit that it was a bit confusing. 4096x4096px is fairly big and it makes me wonder if my 300x120px JPG is too small. Does uploading a bigger image result in the logo being displayed at a higher quality? I guess the user can always just test things out and see the preview for results. But maybe adding some extra text to clarify what the optimal size is for best quality might help the creator.

Because we resize the image ourselves, we don't have a recommended size. Pretty much anything with a height above 80px should work. We'll update the instructions in the UI to reflect that info more clearly.
