With this PR, the issue got resolved
While I was navigating from one page to another or reloading the page I can see a small notification named after Forem(can't find any other details as it is disappearing so fast) at the bottom of the screen.
I faced this issue within my self-host Forem and later realised that it is also the case in Forem and Dev. Does it have some kind of significance?
Initially I thought it was being blocked by Brave Shield, but that is also not the case.
Update
There are no such notification issues within the Admin panel.

I managed to freezeframe the video on the banner - it's the banner we show for users on iOS mobile devices to promote the Forem app. It seems like it's being presented and then removed really quickly:

Heyo! Can you take a picture of the small notification that you keep seeing? Also, were you navigating within the admin or on the user-facing side? I'm not entirely sure what this is... 🤔
Also, There are no such notification issues within the Admin panel.
I can record a video, but can't take a picture of it. I will record my screen and will share it with you.
I would like to confirm whether this is the case for all users or specific to some setups!
